Hey Ya’ll
Sorry for not posting, I spend 3 weeks on Vacation and then another week back at work, I am finally off for 7 days and Hopefully i’ll be bale to give you an update. I actually haven’t been doing much knitting, I’m working on a crochet blanket and a pair of socks. But other then that I have nothing new to show you. I’ve been too busy with life to really sit down and knit. :S I’ll be posting when i have the time though. Please stay tuned! 
Some knitting humor for now
I have a feeling that i’m going to go sock crazy for a while lol Here are my latest socks in progress, one i started last June and the other is made from my Hand Painted Wool.
I’ve been workin on these on my way home from work on the bus, but today and tomorrow i have to drive in because there is no 4pm return bus on the weekend and i didn’t feel like sitting around for 2 extra hours to catch the 6pm bus. So knitting on these will resume on Monday. I’ll be sure to add more pics as i go. Sorry again for the crappy quality of some of the pics. Good night all, I gotta finish making Mine and Hubby’s lunches for tomorrow. Duck with mashed potatoes,stuffing,corn and gravy

I recently found out a friend at work’s wife was just diagnosed with an aggressive form of T-Cell Lymphoma. This man i work with just happens to be one of the nicest guys i’ve worked with in my shop, and since he thought of me when he found a spinning book that was his grandmothers, I made his wife Myndi a hat.
I hope she will like it. It’s made out of a wool called Simplicity made by Hikoo and it’s super soft Moreno! Plus i was told it’s her favorite color. Well Folks more to come later this week I hope! Night
Hey everyone, I know it’s been a while, i’ve been super busy. I do have some updates for you, Fist a little dye project i had going, with some Louet fingering weight wool.

I know it’s a little blurry my phone takes crappy pics sometimes. I will post some more when i get further along on the sock.
I’m starting back to work tomorrow but i’m only working 10 hour shifts this week because i’m in a training class for a program called SAP. I was warned that it’s going to be a very long boring week, but this means that i’ll get more knitting time hopefully. Well i must be off I have grocery’s to get for our lunches. I hope to post again soon!
Me and my sister Knitters ” The Wood Buffalo Knitters” have taken on a project to knit for the SPCA. I had asked my cousin Jacky if she knew anyone who would be willing to donate some wool for our cause and sure enough ” Qualicum Bay Fiberworks” came though. Hey everyone,
I know it’s been awhile since i posted anything. But with work it’s too hard to post anything since it’s a 16 hour day for me, My first days off i spent sick as a dog with the flu. I’m just now feeling well enough to write this. I did do some spinning before i got sick, here is some pics. :
It the first 3 ply i’ve ever made! It’s done with a technique called “Navaho” Plying. Done with a single spun yarn. I think it turned out ok. Made with my Kromski Wheel.
On my last day of work i was enjoying a snack with my lunch, when i noticed something odd:
There was a Teddy Graham in my Dunkarro’s lol I had to take a picture….Someone jumped the production line.
Well hopefully i feel better in the days to come before i head back to work on Wednesday. I received my Rockin Socks Club first package and I can’t wait to start the socks! Well i’m off for now, I hope to have something else for you before Wednesday. Ta Ta
I finished my latest project. It’s a beautiful lace Cowl done with Zauberwool in the purple colorway.
I can’t wait to wear it tomorrow. I’m sitting here enjoying my morning tea and I just stuffed a little chicken and put it in the oven. It’s starting to smell good and i’m sure the hot chicken sandwiches i’m going to make with it are going to taste awesome too. Well onto the next project.! Hopefully i’ll finish it in time to post it before I head back to work in the AM. Ta Ta For now!
